Are we going to church or are we the church? In what way are we the body of Christ in a practical lived out way?

Yes, we need to recognize that we are the church, the body of Christ. This is part of the revelation of Christ and his headship in our lives. that we are as a gathered people the body of Christ. Christ can work mighty through his body which is now all over the world. Christ still does work effectually in the measure of EVERY PART, and makes increase. We need to be sensitive to his moving in our lives and others and as we gather to wait for the Lord in this.

I fear that Christianity to day has drifted from this understanding. Christianity, is a deeply spiritual way in Christ. Without this mystical, spiritual aspect of faith, our walk is reduced to religious form and outward things. But we are told to look on the things that are not seen. We must walk in the spirit. I know we do not always walk this way, but this is what he calls us to. As soon as men go away fro the spiritual into the natural they loose sight. Yes, we need to live physical lives and work etc. but all this too can be in the spirit in our hearts, from where all good works flow in Christ.

As saints of the most high God our identity is in Christ, not Christianity. Mystery Babylon is what Christianity is called in the scriptures, not the church of Jesus Christ.

Denominations, man made titles get their origin from mystery Bablyon. Our identity is in Christ not Christianity..

Can you provide a reference for "mystery Babylon" please, Tim? I'd like to look at some hermeneutical resources at my disposal to gain a better understanding of what you're talking about here.

Thank you,
Christopher
